Single Spaces: $22.00/day; $130.00/week; $530.00/month + tax calculated in US $$

A Twenty-five per cent (25%) deposit of the rental must be made with the reservation. This deposit is refundable if cancellation is made by fax or e-mail confirmed Thirty (30) days before arrival. Deposits on reservations made within 30 days of arrival are NOT refundable.

Your reservation will be confirmed by fax or e-mail for the calculated rental including taxes.
